I've been paying for a 365 Business subscription for a while, but every time I try and log into it, it tells me I don't have a subscription. My bank account would beg to differ. I think the issue might be that I have a business account AND a personal account linked to the same email address. I've forgotten the account name of the Business account and every time I try and recover it, it takes me to the personal account which doesn't have an active subscription.
