Hello janis,
I'll stick to t-4-2 , for now.
This will help you understanding "user accounts" and many other windows
basics.
1. bottom left corner, there is a round logo. That is the START button,
click that.
2. you are looking at the Start menu. Right panel, look for Help And
Support, click that.
3.click Table of Contents, click Getting Started, click User Accounts &
Settings. Now just click whatever topic you want to read under that
heading, including Administrator account.
Spend some time reading all that are in the Table of Contents.
That's it for now. Like I said , any question just ask. I'm no expert,
soon you'll find out I can't answer all your questions.
