after I updated to windows 11 my screen is freezing

After I updated to Windows 11, my screen has been freezing a lot (I've only noticed it in the browser). I even tried using another browser, but the same thing happens. I recorded/took a picture of some bugs, but one example is when I change tabs and have part of the old tab for a few seconds. This doesn't just happen on one site, it happens on all of them.
