freezing during plugge out on laptop screen

Hilately i've been dealing with this problem. At first when i plugged in, my screen for some moment became off (maybe 1 or 2 second) and after that every thing was same as before. i updated my graphic drivers and this issue was solved. but there was another thing. when i plugged out my screen became freezing and also lagging for some moment.i was thinking that it's related to how i plugged it out. but i tried something. i I unplugged the plug from the socket and again freezing and lagging happened.if anyone could help me, i would appreciate it.FYI, i use hp victus15 2082wm and windows 11 24H2.
