after clean booting windows wont let me log in

someone on this forum said to clean boot for my issue. and amazingly. i now have a new issue. it says “something happened to your pin” on the login screen. and won’t let me log in to my admin account. all of the solutions for this are very confusing. i don’t want to delete everything on my computer. but what else do i do.
