administrator user disabled

I have disabled the administrator user on my computer and now I can't reactivate it.It's a new computer that I was configuring and testing to put it into operation, and after deactivating the user, I realized I couldn't reactivate it.It's a new computer, as I said, acquired with a grant and encrypted with BitLocker. Since I disabled the administrator, BitLocker doesn't allow me to reactivate it either through Windows settings, the control panel, or cmd -via net user-.
