I just acquired a new PC with Windows 10 installed. It appears to have Bitlocker enabled right out of the box. I've been using Windows since it was first released but have no experience with Bitlocker. My normal method of operation calls for making periodic backup/recovery images using DISM with WinPE booted from a USB drive. I like to capture my initial backup image prior to ever using the PC which particularly means before it has ever been connected to the Internet.To begin with the basic question is "does DISM even work on a partition encrypted with Bitlocker?".
