Accessing OneDrive through Windows Admin and User Accounts

I have been using Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for a few years now and use it to store a lot of my documentation. I was accessing my OneDrive through my laptop Admin account and through iOS, using my ApplieID, but then signing in to the OneDrive app, using my Microsoft credentials.I recently realised that I should not be using my Windows Admin account to do everyday working, as it's far less secure.
