ZEBRA ZD420 Printer

Hi all,I will install the driver for the printer ZD420 and I got the message that the error PORT 1805. Driver could not be installed. Î have window 11 pro. What can I do? I have anther computer with windows 11 pro and it works. Thanks in advanced
