youtube tab automatically duplicates

hey ,i am using youtube on my pc, while watching videos for a couple of minutes,it automatically duplicates the youtube tab. it further increases the number of tabs as time increases.it has been solved when i restart the windows explorer from task manager. But its pretty annoying ,happening all the time.(the tab shown in the below image is what will appear when we press alt+tab )1. This is the duplication of youtube tabs2. After closing youtbe, the tabs will look like this
