Your version of windows has reached the end of service

I started getting the following message on windows update: "Your version of windows has reached the end of service"However, no update for newer windows build appears in my updates.I have windows version 22H2, which seems pretty old, so I don't think it will be found using windows update.Is there a way to manually install it? Is that a smart thing to do?
