"Your organization requires you to reset your pin"

This has happened multiple times now, my samsung laptop has forced me to change my pin claiming it to be because of my organization even though i haven't consciously joined any organization. Now it is blocking me from even changing my password. Is there anyway to see what organizations i have apparently joined or anyway to reset my pin to what i want it to be?
