Windows Defender/Security is not working, I can't access it, and the fixes that I found and tried are not working.I have download the Security setup exe and run administrator on it, but the folder in the system32/security health file is still emptyI have tried this command the "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage" command.I tried using the repair, the reset in the setting.I tried updating windows and windows defenderI tried installing Windows 11 againI am unsure if this would help specify it, but when i checked the windows security app in the Setting/App, it sh
