"Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" error on Virus & Threat protection on windows 10

I'm the administrator (and only user) of the computer.The Virus & threat protection menu does not appear in the "security at a glance" window, and when I try to access it from elsewhere, I get a "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" message.I do not have any active antivirus on this computer (Malwarebytes aside, but the problem was here even before its installation)and I also already look up anywhere and it was only for windows 11. I am not in a condition that could update to windows 11 because of the device not compatibleWhat could cause this issue?
