Your Emails Are Not Getting To Me In A Timely Manner

Please stop sending me emails to the .com address. I only check it once or twice a year. I have already did the suggested/recommended actions you showed me. Did not help. I just realized this still isn't Microsoft. Wow! You would think they would want to send my emails to the right address. My Primary Email does reflect the correct email, yet they have stopped sending me my emails there. Very frustrating.
