Hi, AllI was going to back to the latest windows update via restore point, it carried out, restarted and then I was met with "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then well restart for you"...This has been like this for half hour now and it's still on 0%. What do I do?My keyboard and mouse doesn't operate neither.Thanks.
