"Your developer license has expired. To continue to use this app, please renew your license." on a brand new laptop

I purchased an Alienware laptop recently and whenever I open a game I get "Your developer license has expired. To continue to use this app, please renew your license." popping up in front of me, but it does not describe what application is being used. I can't figure out how to disable this. How do I remove or update whatever app is triggering this in all of my other applications?
