Your credential could not be verified

Hello,I am having an issue logging into my computer.Whenever I put my pin, it says "your credential could not be verified" and I tried to reset my pin, but it's keep saying there's an error.I tried using another administrator account to access control panel -> user account -> manage other account -> change password, but there was no changing password option for the user that I couldn't log in.I tried searching all the youtube videos and google, but I couldn't solve it.Please help me log back into my original user.Thank you.
