"Your connection isn't private" on every webpage but only on ethernet, not wifi

(wifi works fine). Win 11, Edge. I have already tried ALL of the steps I have found here to correct and still get the error. I also updated the ethernet controller driver. This has been constant for several days. When I try to bypass the message by going to Advanced, I get this:Your connection isn't private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.msn.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
