"You'll need a new app to open this" after running wsreset.exe... tried multiple methods and wont work.

Opened Minecraft Launcher to a message: "This app can't open." Signed out of MS store, repaired it, then logged back in, it worked fine. But for some reason I couldn't open Minecraft Bedrock Edition as it would be stuck on the "WAITING FOR INSTALL" after clicking it. Got sidetracked and tried installing Xbox, but was met with a Error! on the install button the Microsoft Store install page, error code 0xC002001B (Familiar with this error code, I've had it since I got the PC whenever I tried to install Xbox). I tried fixing it by resetting MS store (after logging out, I don't know if this is rel
