You need to sign back in to your MIcrosoft account so you can send your parent requests.... Comes up over and over and over.

Hi,We have Microsoft Family Safety on the laptop my son uses. For the last month or so, he constantly gets a pop-up stating that he needs to sign back in. He clicks Sign In, puts his fingerprint on the reader, and it signs him in fine. Then 5 or 10 or 30 minutes later, it happens again. It just keep happening over and over.It looks like his Onedrive signs out at the same time and signs back in during the above steps.What do we need to do to fix this once and for all?
