Yoga - power surge on the USB port

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7i. I plugged in a charger cord and it popped up a warning: Power Surge on the USB port: A USB devide has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port. You should disconnect the device. So I did - I realized it was the same type of cord but for a different laptop, I unplugged immediately. The computer keeps popping up the same warning twice every second even though it is plugged or unplugged.
