I Simply Wish to be able to run XNA so I edit a XNB font and XNB assets for terraria. I already have the latest versions of Visual Studio Redistributable, Visual Studio, Visual C#, Etc. Yet it still ignores my want, I tried to install Windows Phone Developer Tools too to see if that would fix my issue. but I got this error:"
