XMP profile causing windows to crash

Hello,After encountering a blue screen error today for the first time in 2 years since owning this PC, my pc shut itself down and would not turn on for nearly 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it turned on, and then i was forced to reset my BIOS to its default settings in order to boot. Prior to todays random blue screen encounter, the XMP profile was enabled in my BIOS with no issues for the past 2 years. Now after i was forced to reset the BIOS, enabling XMP leads to Windows crashing and blue screening in an endless cycle trying to fix itself. It is only when XMP is disabled can i boot up Windows
