Xbox Wireless Adapter causing Windows 11 to boot very slowly

Hi all, I have a new gaming rig (MSI X870E + Ryzen 9800X3D) and I noticed that Windows was booting very slowly. At the last step of loading Windows, just before the login screen appears, the monitor would go black and I'd have to wait 30 seconds for the login screen to appear, with no chime. I've noticed that without my Xbox Wireless Adapter plugged in, this doesn't happen and Windows loads instantly with the normal chime. But, whenever the adapter is plugged in, I get this issue!
