Xbox game bar recording working on certain things and not others. ERROR: 0X8232300F

When I try to record like, a google chrome tab, it works.However when I try to record a game, it freezes for a couple of seconds, and then gives me the error code telling me it doesn't work.I've looked online and nothing seems to be working, so I'll just list a couple of things.-It only doesn't work with games (tested about 3)-Other recording programs (like obs) still work.-Browser games don't work either.-Worked just fine until today.-Not that weird "Gaming features not available" stuff.Help appreciated!
