Xbox Game Bar didn't save video

I was recording something with my friend earlier today, we were playing a game and the session was around 45 minutes long. My friend was using Xbox Game Bar to record and when he stopped his recording, the file was nowhere to be found. Nowhere. Is there any way to get the video back?Thanks in advance.
