Xbox game bar capture feature does not pick up my own voice when other apps are using my mic.

Whenever I use the xbox game bar capture feature, you can hear all audio that is meant to be captured except for my own voice through my mic. This happens mostly randomly, but 100% of the time when something else is using my mic (e.g. Discord calls). I've tried setting my privacy settings to allow game bar to use my mic and made sure my voice was being detected in the settings of game bar. I've also checked that my mic is the right one selected and is unmuted in game bar.
