Xbox Controllers and Wireless Headphones not detected by Bluetooth Windows 10

I was playing Palworld through Steam when my controller randomly disconnected, My computer played the audio queue for a device disconnecting but the lights on neither my razer mouse or keyboard went out. I removed the devices from bluetooth memory (Probably a mistake) and I haven't been able to reconnect either of the controllers I have.I have uninstalled, and reinstalled both the controller drivers and the bluetooth driver. Restarted all involved devices multiple times and have even tried setting the bluetooth service manager in Services.msc to Automatic. Both controllers are up to date throu
