Xbox app won't start for child account, but does for admin (parent) account.

Hi!I have an interesting issue that makes me think I am either doing something wrong, or there is a bug: I want to be able to run the Xbox app in windows under a child account (part of a family group).When I run it under the child account it states that it needs to install gaming services. If I click that it opens the app store at the gaming services page. I click install and get the error 0x80073CFB. I suspect this is because the gaming services are already installed and running (checked in services). Why I think it maybe a bug; It happens exactly the same way on two different machines,
