Xbox app game resolution not applying correctly

Hey there,I have had an issue for a while now with Microsoft games on my PC. When I attempt to change my fullscreen resolution, the game itself successfully changes, however the HUD, menus etc do not use this resolution- they use my native one (2560 x 1440). I found that the game, when windowed, will use the native resolution. Yet when I change to fullscreen, the game will change to my selected resolution but again the menus and HUD stay the same as the windowed resolution.
