I have a couple of workstations that our WSUS server continually attempts to
install this patch to. The patch successfully installs and shows in
add/remove programs after installation. I have removed and installed manually
and also attempted to remove all registry keys associated and still no
success. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Chris

Anyone?

If the update has successfully installed, and you can confirm this via
Add/Remove Programs =and= the KB924085.log file in the %windir% folder, then
you have two options to resolve this issue:
[a] Open the Windows Update session interactively on the workstation and
mark the update to be ignored.
If the update has been installed on all required systems, reset the
approval to "Not Approved" at the WSUS Console, and the client(s) will quit
trying to (re)install the update after executing another detection and
discovering that the update is no longer approved for installation.
