WSL completely not working

I posted this on reddit and didn't get a response so I'm posting this here.So, yesterday I tried to download the Ubuntu app for Windows. When the app is run it tries to install the Ubuntu distro for WSL. But, when it tries to, command prompt shows this:Installing, this may take a few minutes...
