WSI account

[Windows Server]

I attempted to login to my computer. Along with my usual login there is an additional account called WSI.account. I have not made any changes to my laptop, I did not set this account up yet it is asking for a pin or password which I don't have. I am unable to login or get into my email. How to I get this WSI account off my comouter. Is there a way to speak to a live agent. I can't do anything online.
