Wrong recovery phone number on my account.

No live phone agents, or live chat agents to speak with and resolve issues is exactly why I plan to move away from Windows. Microsoft has the wrong recovery phone number attached to my account. I can sign in to my account, make some changes to the account, but when I try to change the phone number a box appears asking me for a code, a code that has been sent to the wrong phone number. As if this wasn't bad enough, I upgraded my work PC's CPU and had to clear the security settings so I could update the bios settings.
