wrong language comes up on certain websites

When I go to some websites the language is wrong. On linkedin, of which I am NOT a member, the informatiion often and frequently comes up in Italian which I can read but that's beside the point.On my Android, it ofter comes up in Hebrew which I don't know.I take it someone is followin me around on my devices, be it Chrome or Microsoft.I have never changed or even looked at the language settings on my laptop or Note8.Do you have a suggestion please? It's very annoying. Thank you.
