Wrong Drivers Downloaded, PC won’t work and keeps restarting

I recently upgraded my SSD card. I had to reinstall windows and while trying to find my network adapter driver I might’ve installed the wrong network driver and PIDE/SATA driver (I downloaded B550M PRO VDH drivers instead of B550M PRO VDH WIFI drivers.)My pc is now constantly restarting but never fixes itself. I don’t know what to do and I can’t use some window controls such as Win+R to open up device manager. I’m not very good with computers
