WOW crashes, what is the cause.

Hello, my world of warships keeps crashing. I get a white box that says "a critical error has occurred" Restart or terminate. The link takes me to WOW ticket center to see how the trouble can be fixed. To this day they can't fix it. They can't even tell me what is happening. I also from time to time get a blue screen, it pops off so fast I can't read it other then to say they have to shut down and restart the computer.This happens on my new computer windows 11.
