Bought a MSI GL72M 7RDX-679CA laptop with 1TB 2.5" Hard Drive, successfully installed a Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 last year. Cloned win10 onto it, windows startup is SUPER fast(now 15-20sec), I have No Problems so far. Now I would like to free up the 230GB on the 1TB hard drive and Extend my D: drive which I only think was for win10 before I installed the NVMe m.2 ssd but I am having difficulty doing that now. I have d: drive backed up and ready to fully format it to extend the 680GB with the 230GB unallocated disk. What is needed to do so? I tried deleting the 900MB recovery partition in between, gave me a virtual disk manager error, tried doing the same in command prompt "running as administrator" and came up with the same virtual disk manager error. I can't extend or even use that 230GB.c947f11f-631b-47ad-bd8e-e4844164e6ed?upload=true.jpg
