You folks have the worst customer service that I have seen and that is saying something. I have called 5 times to make a change in our church MS 365 subscription to go to non-profit status. I am told we will receive a call back and I never receive it. Just waiting for calls that never come. One time I had a set time that I was supposed to receive a call and started making dinner. I then received an e-mail asking when I wanted them to call me. I already told them the time. Totally unacceptable.
