Work Time <-- CPU, Performance, Task Manager - Windows 10

Hello,It recently came to my attention that in Windows 10, Task Manager --> Performance --> CPU: Work Time shows my laptop been working for (currently) 5:19:14:50 and while I turned on the laptop some 20' ago.Work Time persists presenting this count, after performing the following (in an attempt to reset it):shut off, removed the battery, pressed "turn on" button with the battery removed, re-installed the battery, turned laptop on, Task Manager --> Performance --> CPU: Work Time shows my laptop been working for 5:19:18:xx.What does this even means and how do I solve this problem?T
