I'm trying to solve a problem that has occurred on my wife's computer (Lenovo L15) after an update to Windows 11 23H2 was installed on June 18, 2024. The computer was updated from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro in January, 2024 and has run without incident until now. It is only the most recent update that has caused a problem.After installing the update, she could not access Office 365 programs (we have a subscription).
