Word could not create the work file. check the temp enviroment, issue

I have read countless posts on this subject all stating the same fixes but none worklike changing user shell folder cashe reg to ______________________________________________________________________________________%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files then adding this in advanced system properties / enviroment variables ______________________________________%userprofile%C:\Users\ your user name but still no change!!!! however I did find that if I open word documents with admin rights it works fine!Does this tell any one where the issue is co
