WORD 2021 & WINDOWS 11 Pro

I have a Windows 11 Pro OS on a Lenovo laptop with I7 CPU & 16 GB Ram 1TB SSD Drive. Windows and Office 2021 are legal. I work on a project using WORD and EXCEL. Now I am fed up of the problems created to me. My word file has about 1000 pages of text and pictures. Many times the word destroyes the justification of text and pictures. This problem makes me nervus and los of time to bring back the correct position of text and pictures. Can someone give a kind of solution?
