Won't Let Me Reset my PC

I have tried all options for troubleshooting my PC I just bought, to factory reset it, but it will not let me reset the PC, whatsoever. I have gone to endless different sites to try and find solutions, and I have tried just about everything. Microsoft doesn't have ANY live support options that are within my limits to access, which makes this process even more frustrating. When I go to settings to reset my PC, it leaves me with a message. "There was a problem resetting your PC." followed by "No changes were made."I have went to nearly 10 different websites and tried every option each of those w
