With a game running, everything else on pc runs slow.

Whenever I run games, everything else becomes frustratingly slow. Typing is slow, animations on other programs, discord etc.My pc is high end and has never had any issues before, but in the last few months I've had this issue arise. I'm assuming it was after an update but I'm not sure.The games run great with zero issues. I've been running Halo Infinite at 2k, 240hz no issue. Just when i use my other monitors in between matches its almost unusable until i close the game out.Some computer specs: (not sure what is needed)Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26100)Processor: AMD
