Wireless network connection is not coming and system is not able to connect to wifi after some mirosoft updates

Below are my system Details :Sony Vaio , Windows 7 Home Basic (64-bit) , Intel Core i5 Since last couple of days my system is not able to detect wireless connection after some windows updates. I have tried many option as suggest over Microsoft sites but still its not working. Please help in resolving the same. I dont have my motherboard cd or any drivers cd with me.
