Wireless network adapter gone after using spotify desktop app

I use windows 11. I was using spotify i saw spotify showing no Internet . I looked and I wasn't connected and there was no Internet option in the menu on the bottom right of the screen. I checked in control panel and there was only 2 ethernet adapters which are not in use. I have done all the troubleshooting but nothing came.This is the second time happening and the first time after 1 day it fixed it self.I would be grateful to have it fixed today .
