"Wireless Display" Optional feature successfully added, but not showing up

I want to project my phone to my PC, so I installed the "Wireless Display" optional feature. The install shows as successful in the history, as shown below, but it doesn't show up on the list of added features, and system settings still prompts me to add the wireless display feature to project to the PC. My Windows specs as well as screenshots of the settings menus I'm having issues with are below. I already restarted my PC after installing (as instructed) as well as tried installing it a second time through command prompt.
