Wireless display option missing, can't cast to TV

Lenovo laptop, Win 11 installed, AMD Radeon Graphics.I have updated drivers. No problems with wi-fi. No display found when casting to wireless TV. Tried to add display. Win 11 won't add.Has worked in the past. Computer will detect display after I reboot laptop, turn off TV, unplug Router, replug router, turn on TV. When I turn off TV, and try to cast again later, the *&%# , under Available displays, tells me "No displays are available." I have updated display adapter and its drivers.
